No not a bug that any admins here can fix...as you may of noticed the qoutes are not working properly, when your use " those qoutes slashes come out of no where...you can check on the progress of the this here:

Examples:
"moo"
bob"
"hi
The above slashes were not typed by me...There are two fixes to this problem
Fix one: check the box next to 'disable HTML in this post and the slashes will not show up
Fix two: instead of using qoutes use two single qoutes (the things you get when you don't hit the shift button on the qoute key) like this: ' when you have two you get this: ''
also because of this we you can not use the qoute tag and qoute some else you have to use the tag by itself like this
